Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully checks, packs, and prepares your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If there is a delay in processing due to high order volume or stock availability, we will notify you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Timeline

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, courier delays, or unexpected circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on your order value, delivery location, and promotional offers.

  • Free Shipping: On eligible orders as mentioned on our website
  • Standard Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout before payment

Any additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your order status in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

We take utmost care in packing your products. However, if you receive:

  • Damaged item
  • Missing product
  • Wrong product delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the package and product. We will inspect the issue and provide a replacement or resolution as per our policy.

7. Courier Delays

LOOKIN’ Herbals is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control. However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving any courier-related issues.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
